Nathan is a London based sports instructor with experience in the sports & fitness industry since 2010. Competing & training at a professional level. Nathan takes a disciplined approach to achieving fitness & sports goals. Working with many amateur & professional athletes whose competitions range from amateur boxing to professional Mixed Martial Arts.

Winning five Championships as an amateur across various organisations, both regionally & nationally. Nathan now competes on one of the world's largest combat sports platforms and can use his knowledge and experience to plan & prepare for all challenges an athlete faces.

A former soldier in the British Army, Nathan employs methods which focus on training both mental preparedness and physical ability, to enable clients in taking a confident & consistent approach to their fitness training programme. The Army Training System blends the key components of Endurance, Strength, Speed and Agility to ensure the right training for the task.

Serving as a Military Policeman, the personal safety training Nathan regularly undertook was focussed on Urban & Dynamic environments. His real event experiences in using these skills make him a competent self-defence instructor for modern day threats.

With years of experience in the industry & on the competitive circuit. Nathan can tailor his coaching to suit all levels of experience & ability.

Based in south London, Nathan is a resident coach at Great Britain Top Team, The MMA centre of excellence & Yorky's Gym.
PT sessions include access to the gym and use of equipment in all studios to ensure every aspect of training can be covered.
Weight management & Nutritional advice are included in all fitness plans.
